Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision for trainees and qualified therapists, offering reflective, supportive and professionally grounded space.

Supervision provides a space to reflect on your client work, develop your practice and explore both clinical and personal processes within clear ethical and professional boundaries. My work is informed by both psychotherapy and psychology, supporting a deeper understanding of client presentations and therapeutic processes.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective and grounded in professional and ethical practice. I aim to offer a supportive space where you can think openly about your work, build confidence and deepen both your clinical and psychological understanding.

I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside mindfulness practice. this allows supervision to be felxible and responsive to your individual way of working.

Alongside private practice, I bring extensive experience across the NHS, the private sector and community and charitable settings, supported by a strong academic foundation in psychology and psychotherapy.
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor and have also lectured within higher and further education, supporting the development of counselling and psychotherapy students from introductory training through to degree level.

My supervision work is underpinned by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling professions. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), supporting ongoing professional development, ethical responsibility and psychologically informed work.
