About Me...

Hi, I'm Billie,

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and psychology-trained
practitioner working with Adults, Young People and Couples across Essex and throughout the UK.

People often seek Therapy when something begins to feel overwhelming, stuck or difficult to manage alone. You might feel emotionally overwhelmed, notice patterns repeating, or have a sense that something doesn't feel quite right, even if you can't fully put it into words yet.

I work with Adults, Young People and Couples across a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. While I have particular experience supporting those navigating trauma, ADHD, addiction and relationship challenges, I also work with concerns such as anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed.

I understand that these experiences often overlap and can affect many areas of life, including relationships, confidence and overall emotional wellbeing. My work considers you as a whole person and the wider context of your life, rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

I place importance on providing a consistent, supportive and thoughtfully held therapeutic space for each person and couple I work with.

How I work...

I work integratively, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to you as an individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work collaboratively, at your pace, to explore your experiences and develop a deeper understanding of what may be going on for you.

My aim is to provide a safe, reflective and non-judgemental space where you feel able to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences openly.

Experience & Background

Alongside my private practice, I bring extensive clinical experience and a strong academic foundation in Psychology and Psychotherapy. From working within the NHS, as well as across public, private and charitable sectors, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs.
I have also facilitated both structured and process-based therapeutic groups and developed therapeutic programmes within community services in Essex, including work focused on Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Intimacy & Relationships and Relapse Prevention.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor, working with both trainee and experienced therapists. I have also previously lectured across Counselling and Psychotherapy training programmes, supporting the development of students from introductory training through to degree level.
This breadth of experience informs a reflective, grounded and clinically informed approach.

I have a particular interest in working with ADHD and neurodivergence. Alongside my professional experience in this area, I also bring a personal understanding of ADHD, which can support deeper empathy, insight, and connection in therapeutic work. I recognise that ADHD can present in different ways and often interacts with other emotional, relational and physical experiences, and I aim to offer a space where this can be explored with understanding and without judgement.

Ongoing professional development remains central to my practice, ensuring that the work I offer is reflective, ethical and clinically informed.
